Know the Plan Before Work Starts
We review the job first so you understand what is included, how materials will be handled, and when payment is due.
Minimum Service Visit
The $150 minimum service charge includes travel to the property and one hour of skilled handyman labor to help you with smaller projects. Additional labor or larger projects are scoped and approved separately.
Materials
You can purchase approved materials directly, or pay the quoted materials amount before we order them. Material responsibility is confirmed before work begins.
Labor Payment
Labor is due when the agreed work is complete unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing before the job.
